Jon Chase, Vice President/Community Relationship Officer – Jon serves on the Board of Education at Christ Lutheran School. He is President of National Voluntary Health Facilities Arizona. Jon also serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership in Downtown Scottsdale.

Concepcion Gallegos, Assistant Vice President/SBA Department Manager – Concepcion is a Family Partner for Habitat for Humanity. In this role she provides on-going guidance to new homeowners as they enter the Habitat Homeownership program. She also serves on the Board of The New Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic behavioral health and education programs for teens and families.

Margaret McDonald, Assistant Vice President/Retail Operations Supervisor – Margie is an avid volunteer at Maricopa County Animal Control.
