What to bring to your loan application:

• Drivers License
• Most current paystubs with YTD earnings covering previous 30 days
• Previous 2 years W-2 forms
• Self employed borrowers are required to submit the 2 most recent years tax returns with all schedules (business and personal)
• 2 most current months bank statements for checking, savings and investment accounts, all pages
• Most recent quarterly statement for 401k and IRA accounts

For purchases and construction loans:

• Purchase contract
• Builder contract
• Plans/specifications and cost breakdown

For refinance transactions:

• Current statement or payment coupon book for loan(s) to be paid off
• Homeowner's insurance declaration page
• Current second mortgage information including note and payment statement
