Sunrise Bank of Arizona Appoints David Tracy Chief Credit Officer

PHOENIX � (Jan. 15, 2007) � Michael Morano, president/CEO of Sunrise Bank of Arizona, is pleased to announce that David Tracy has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. In this senior management position, Tracy oversees the credit quality of the bank�s entire loan portfolio.
Tracy is a career banker in the Phoenix-area market with close to 20 years of commercial lending experience. Most recently, he was a senior commercial lender at Sunrise Bank.
He began his career in 1977 in branch management and commercial lending with First Interstate Bank of Arizona. He later worked at CIT Group in Tempe, Bank One in Phoenix and Arizona Business Bank in Phoenix.
Tracy has a bachelor�s degree in business administration and is a certified public accountant. He has also completed numerous banking education programs. He is a board member for the City of Phoenix Expand Economic Development Program and was recognized for his contributions to the program with an award from the Phoenix mayor in 2002 and 2005. He is also a board member of the Phoenix Chapter of the Risk Management Association (RMA).
